To use the programming and automations built-in to the House Flipping Spreadsheet, you need to authorize the spreadsheet.
So first, why do you have to authorize the spreadsheet?
The House Flipping Spreadsheet, although it’s just a spreadsheet, is built like a software program, with pre-built formulas, coding, & automations that operate in the background to perform automated tasks such as navigations, number crunching, reporting, & support popup windows.
In order for these built-in automations to work, when you open the spreadsheet for the first time or make a copy of the spreadsheet you will need to authorize the House Flipping Spreadsheet.
To authorize the spreadsheet, you will need to do the following:
Checking if spreadsheet is already Authorized:
Simply click on any button on the Welcome Dashboard. If the spreadsheet navigates to a tool or report, then this means your House Flipping Spreadsheet has already been authorized.
If spreadsheet is not yet Authorized:
If you click on a button and get an 'Authorization Required' pop-up, this means that you need to Authorize the spreadsheet.
Click continue on the pop-up which will open a Google Authentication window asking for you to sign-in with you Google Account. Select the user account you want to use to authorize the spreadsheet.
Once you select, the user account, you will be asked to allow House Flipping Spreadsheet to authorize the spreadsheet
NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER: In case you are concerned by any of items on the list, I reassure you as the founder and developer of the spreadsheet who has personally built & coded the spreadsheet, we do not and cannot view or edit any of your personal or company spreadsheet file data. Again, the coding inside the spreadsheet is built solely for navigation, number crunching, reporting & support.
