Useful tool, but wasn’t able to figure out how to edit the form to add branding for a customized look.

Very helpful spreadsheet. Saved me hours of time creating my own. It pretty much covers everything you need and is easy to use if you are familiar with Excel.

For a real estate investor just starting out on his own, I couldn't imagine a more comprehensive, professional tool (including the Business Package). It's got everything we need. I wish I had it on the last few flips I helped some other investors do. And the cherry on top is the price. Thank you!

While the overall spreadsheet is an excellent tool, there were a few kinks with different cells. Some of the cells had the wrong formulas, therefore when it was time to pull a report, there was information missing.

great spreadsheet - very detailed, short learning curve to get in the groove - so does any good spreadsheet. Professional looking and any questions I had were answered within minutes by the owner. I highly recommend. Christine

Great product! Well thought out, easy to use and very helpful for estimating before the purchase. Tutorials are wonderful. In addition, Dave has answered any questions via email or on the phone - great customer service!! The accounting dimension is invaluable for tracking expenses once rehab starts. Just finishing up renovation on my first purchase, will close on my second purchase in 30 days, looked at a third purchase today. I took my computer with me and used the flipper software to plug in the numbers on site - HUGE time saver and easy to review your data in one composite place. I cannot say enough good things about this spreadsheet.
