Great program

can not download the program into my MacBook Pro.

Hello and thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. If Dave (founder) is able to read this, please share that I love the spreadsheets, but have not been able to use everything he's offered.

Is it possible to schedule a quick :30 minute tutorial? We're on our 4th flip and 4th rental property. I really need to manage our projects and portfolio(s) more effectively before we take on new projects.

Not only is the product great and fully customisable for the UK. The support is fantastic. I can honestly say it’s the best customer service I have EVER come across.It’s just not possible for me to come up this such a simple, but detailed tool. Ive been flipping houses for 15 years - this is a real eye opener for me.

This program is fantastic and the support is exceptional. Immediate responses that were very helpful. It really is the best software out there to help you not overpay for a property.

Program works better than I could even imagine. It has cut my costs in a few area's and kept me on track with everything. I highly recommend this program.

I find it harder to navigate with the new version and the sheets at the end (ex. Rehab Estimator, etc.) are slightly less user friendly than the previous version. I do like the updated version in regards to the calculation sheet for % ARV, lump sum rehab costs, etc. But, the lump sum rehab option affects the Rehab Calculator sheet differently/erroneously. Maybe I have to play with the new version more as I just got used to the previous one. All in all, i appreciate the product and look forward to more versions.

it takes a while to get used to. My cash on cash fields are being filled. Why is that?

The tutorial videos presented were great, but the clarity of the spread sheets shown need to be a little clearer.

The concept of the spreadsheet is fantastic but there are few bugs to work out.

Tried to call and email tech support but have not been successful in getting a return call or email.

After navigating around for a while on the spreadsheet. I mainly purchased it for keeping my finances in line with my contractors. I really want a user from friendly tool for organizing and paying my contractors on their timelines. I find it diffult. Maybe I am missing something. Not using the spreadsheet as much as I expected to.

This software makes my life so much easier. I’ve already recommended it to another investor that I work with and he even bought it!

Spreadsheet is awesome and everything we expected it to be and more. Well worth the price :)

A great tool!

Great tool. I would turn the reporting and PDF reports into more customizable outputs. But over all great.

Well put together and easy to use. There is lot of good information when reports are run.
