In the previous version of the House Flipping Spreadsheet, you could only analyze the Maximum Purchase Price you should offer, but often investors may have a know purchase price that they want to use to analyze the project's profitability. For this reason, we built in functionality to allow you to toggle between a MPP Analysis vs Profit Analysis based upon a known purchase price!

To toggle between a Maximum Purchase Price Analysis or a Profit Analysis based upon a known purchase price, simply click the link in the upper right hand corner, which will toggle the view.
