In the previous version of the spreadsheet, we only had the detailed estimate report. Now you can choose which reports you want to print, the Summary Estimate, Detailed Estimate or both!

The New Estimate summary report summarizes your estimated rehab costs for each scope of work into a printer-friendly, one page report that can be presented to your contractors, business partners & lenders!
DETAILED ESTIMATE REPORT
If you need to provide more detail for your estimates, you can print the Detailed Estimate Report which details every single line item in your Estimate.
